Luca Ceccarelli
Luca is the CEO of StoryCraft Academy, and is our resident StoryMetrics expert, a powerful story framework that helps writers plot books that leave an impact.
He started his award-winning career in the film industry as an actor in Rome, where he grew up. After coming to the States, he worked for 25 years as a director, screenwriter, and producer. As a lifetime lover of story, he started reverse engineering what makes some stories stick, which resulted in StoryMetrics. After coaching directors and screenwriters, he turned to working with long-form authors.
Luca was also a facilitator with Meta, where he learned how to design powerful learning experiences. He's excited to create an ecosystem at StoryCraft Academy that uses that learning with creatives.
While not teaching or writing, he loves sailing and a life of constant adventure.
