After working for nearly 15 years training and coaching corporate leaders to leave imposter syndrome behind, embrace growth mindset, and be successful in business, I left the corporate world to work with creatives instead. While I was writing my debut novel and getting to know other writers online and at conferences, I started to realize that a lot of what I knew about mindset applied to authors as well as senior leaders.Â
